Nijhuis Industries Central Europe, part of Nijhuis Saur Industries is looking for an ICT Support Technician to join our team.

As an ICT Support Technician, you will provide day-to-day technical support to our employees and help ensure the smooth operation of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for users, including hardware, software, email, peripherals and mobile devices.

• Diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues and escalate more complex cases when necessary.

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.

• Manage user accounts, access rights and application permissions.

• Handle and track support requests through the ticketing system.

• Support basic IT security and endpoint management activities.

• Assist users with Microsoft 365 and other company IT tools.

• Maintain basic IT documentation and contribute to improvements in support processes.

IT Environment

You will work mainly with:

Windows | Active Directory | Microsoft 365 (O365) | Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Entra ID | Teams | SharePoint

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or vocational degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

• Fluent Polish – mandatory.

• Advanced English.

• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.

• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and connectivity.

• Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems and endpoint management tools is an advantage.

• Proactive, service-oriented and security-conscious approach.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are an advantage.

The position may involve up to 10% travel for on-site support, training and project assistance.
