As part of its international expansion strategy, Odalie is launching its operations in Spain and is seeking a Business Developer to drive the company's commercial development in this market.
The upcoming implementation of a new regulatory framework in Catalonia, promoting the integration of water recycling and reuse solutions in buildings, is expected to create a significant market opportunity, particularly in the Barcelona region.
In this context, you will have a dual responsibility:
Contribute to the structuring and development of an emerging market.
Drive Odalie’s commercial growth by generating, managing and converting a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
As the first commercial representative in Spain, you will be responsible for achieving the sales targets set by the company while contributing to the long-term establishment and growth of the Odalie brand in the Spanish market.
Missions:
Identify and target key stakeholders in real estate, hospitality, and commercial buildings across Catalonia.
Actively prospect and generate new opportunities with developers, investors, hotel groups, property owners, and construction companies.
Detect projects at an early stage and position Odalie’s solutions with decision-makers.
Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Secure contracts and deliver rapid commercial traction in a new market.
Build strong relationships with key local players to accelerate deal-making and market penetration.
YOUR PROFILE
You have 5–10 years of B2B business development experience, ideally in real estate, construction, or technical solutions.
You are a true “hunter”, with a strong track record in opening new markets and winning new clients.
You are comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing strategic deals.
You excel at prospecting, generating leads, and converting opportunities into signed contracts.
You have a strong knowledge of the Catalan market and its business ecosystem.
You are autonomous, results-driven, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and can engage senior decision-makers.
You are fluent in Spanish and have a good level of English; Catalan is highly appreciated.

YOUR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS WITHIN ODALIE
You will join Odalie with no probationary period.
Compensation including:
Base salary: €40,000 to €48,000 gross per year
30% performance-based variable compensation
