We're currently hiring a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, to be based in our office, in Madrid, Spain.
Mission:
As the Compensation & Benefits Specialist for Saur International, you will report to the Group VP people Analytics in charge of the compensation policy for the Group.
Your role will consist of implementing Group Saur's global Compensation & Benefits policies within Saur international in accordance with the principles defined by the Group.
You will support the development, implementation and governance of compensation and benefits policies across Saur International. You will ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance, while partnering with local HR teams to manage salary structures, benefits, mobility, and benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain global compensation frameworks and salary ranges within Saur International.
Perform regular market benchmarking and salary studies to calibrate pay practices.
Lead the global salary review and bonus processes in coordination with HR and Finance.
Oversee benefits programs (e.g. health, pension, insurances) and negotiate with suppliers.
Support international mobility policies, expatriation planning, and related adjustments.
Provide data analysis, reports, and dashboards to senior management.
Ensure local compliance while aligning global consistency.
Facilitate training and guidance on rewards, job evaluation, and equity.
Contribute to policy updates based on legislative changes or market trends.
Be champion and referral for Workday deployment and run.
Qualifications & Skills
5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data and benchmarking.
Knowledge on Workday welcomed
Understanding of global reward practices, mobility frameworks, and governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures.
Proficiency with HRIS, data tools, survey platforms.
Fluent in English; additional language (French, Spanish, Portuguese) appreciated.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, or related field.
Certification (e.g. WorldatWork, CIPD) is a plus.
