Your Mission
As a Project Manager you, together with your Project team, ensure that all projectst are deliverd efficiently, successfully and in line with the planning and budget. You take ownership in complex en strategically important projects - from tendering to final delivery - you oversee it all.
You will align projects with business objectives, lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee the resource allocations.
Our pilotting projects often last around 1 year and do require you to occasionally (+- 5x per year) travel to the projects site (throughout the world).

Our team of 2 projectmanagers is responcible for;
- Liaising with all stakholders.
- Preparing, managing and exceturing the projects schedule, resources and budget.
- Leading, delegating tasks, encouraging, and motivating all team members.
- Risk and change management for which they also prepare handouts and templates to ensure a good standarisation.
- Organizing kick-off, progress, and handover meetings.

What will you bring?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or engineering.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in project management, preferably in (drink) water treatment.
- Some understanding of engineering and project planning. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on mindset and excellent communication skills in English.

- Salary is between € 4.680 and 6.707 gross per month (based on 40hr workweek), depending on your professional experience.
