SAUR is responsible for the management of the integral water cycle in its entirety or in some of its phases.

We are currently looking for a HR Intern , for an internship/work experience contract or 1-year contract of mandate, to be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the recruitment process for line and operational positions, drafting job advertisements, screening incoming applications, conducting telephone interviews with candidates, presenting candidate recommendations,

• Participating in the preparation of documents for employees,

• Participating in the reporting of HR and CSR indicators for the Group,

• Participating in the preparation of payroll contributions,

• Archiving paper documents and participating in the digitisation of employee documentation,

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in HR or studies in Human Resource Management - ongoing or completed.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Willingness to expand your knowledge knowledge of employee file management, labour law, payroll calculation, recruitment,

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, commitment and good time management,eveloped interpersonal skills,

• Polish – native, English B2/C1
