SAUR Polska (part of the SAUR Group) is responsible for the management of the integral water cycle in its entirety or in some of its phases.

We are currently looking for a Technical and Environmental Engineer to be based in our office, in Warsaw, Poland.

The Process Engineer reports to the Technical Director of Saur Polska and others. 

Responsibilities:

• Collection and analysis of technical and environmental data related to the operation of wastewater treatment plants and other Group facilities.
• Preparation of detailed technical and environmental reports showing the operational performance of the sanitation infrastructure, including the efficiency of treatment processes and water quality.
• Oversight of water and wastewater treatment processes, including analysis and reporting of energy efficiency, operations and compliance with environmental standards promoted by the Saur Group.
• Establish, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for technological processes and their environmental and budgetary impacts.
• Participation in projects for the modernisation of process plants, monitoring and quality control processes and the introduction of innovative technologies.
• Planning, scheduling, budgeting, leading technical teams and troubleshooting, providing technical expertise and managing requirements.
• Preparing and implementing the ICT strategy for the CEB region in close cooperation with SAUR's Corporate IT Department and directors and managers;
• ICT task management, including organising and allocating responsibilities to business partners;

Requirements:

• Sanitary engineering, environmental protection or related fields degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, sanitary engineering, wastewater treatment facilities.
• English B2/C1 advanced;
• French would be an advantage
• B driving licence
• Ability to analyse data and excellent reporting skills.
• Knowledge of analytical tools and reporting software (e.g. MS Excel, ERP systems).
• Knowledge of environmental and water management legislation.

• Occasional remote working (in a total 24 days/ year)
• Full-time, fixed-term contract of approx. 5-6 months, after which another indefinite-term contract is possible.
