YOUR DAILY JOB

• Assistance in project planning and management
• Updating and reporting on Job progress / planning progress
• Updating and reporting job costs control
• Handling and expediting of orders (materials and documentation)
• Handling of issuance/receipt/distribution of project documents and customer specifications
• Handling of goods to warehouses and workshops (transports arrangement)
• Managing material testing notifications by relating to the Quality Control Area and Customer
• packing list compilation / Spare Part List compilation / Spir Form

YOUR PROFILE

• University Degree
• Fluent English and Italian; other Languages appreciated
• Good Listening skills at receiving input from the team to integrate strong communication and allow team members to know their contribution is important.
• Natural intuition, noticing the minor details and coming to conclusions based on the evidence at hand.
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
• Adaptability on many projects at once, or move to different projects rapidly. The ability to adapt to new projects.
• Creativity to help project managers develop alternative solutions to problems and contribute innovations to product development.
